Le LBIO ne vous facture pas son aide. En revanche, il per\u00e7oit ces frais suppl\u00e9mentaires aupr\u00e8s de votre ex-conjoint. C'est donc peut-\u00eatre la meilleure solution pour vous lorsqu'il s'agit d'ex\u00e9cuter une d\u00e9cision relative \u00e0 une pension alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez demander l'aide du LBIO si :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la pension alimentaire est ordonn\u00e9e par le tribunal<\/li>\n<li>votre ex a un retard de paiement d'au moins un mois, avec un minimum de 10 euros.<\/li>\n<li>le retard ne d\u00e9passe pas 6 mois. Cela ne s'applique pas lorsque la juridiction a rendu une d\u00e9cision il y a moins de 6 mois, ordonnant une pension alimentaire pour une p\u00e9riode remontant \u00e0 plus de 6 mois.<\/li>\n<li>vous avez suffisamment inform\u00e9 votre ex de son obligation de vous verser la pension alimentaire et de la mani\u00e8re dont il doit le faire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le LBIO peut m\u00eame vous aider \u00e0 percevoir une pension alimentaire dans d'autres pays.
