Vous pourrez ainsi prouver que vous avez l'autorisation de l'autre parent pour voyager.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, vous devez apporter les documents mentionn\u00e9s sur le formulaire, tels que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copie(s) du\/des passeport(s) ou de la\/des carte(s) d'identit\u00e9 de l'adulte autorisant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les documents suppl\u00e9mentaires suivants peuvent \u00eatre exig\u00e9s, en fonction de votre situation personnelle :<\/p>\n<p>- Un extrait international r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 de la base de donn\u00e9es des dossiers personnels (BRP) concernant<br \/>\nau mineur (peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9).<br \/>\n- Un extrait du registre de responsabilit\u00e9 parentale r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9livr\u00e9 (peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d'un bureau de poste).<br \/>\ntribunal).<br \/>\n- Plan parental.<br \/>\n- Jugement(s) du tribunal concernant la garde et le droit de visite.<br \/>\n- Toutes les adresses o\u00f9 l'enfant s\u00e9journera (s'il s\u00e9journe \u00e0 plusieurs adresses).<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n'avez pas l'autorisation de l'autre parent gardien pour voyager \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger avec l'enfant, vous devez pr\u00e9senter la d\u00e9cision du tribunal dans laquelle le juge aux affaires familiales vous a donn\u00e9 l'autorisation de voyager avec l'enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Vous trouverez sur ce site plus d'informations sur un <a href=\"https:\/\/familylawyer-thehague.nl\/fr\/parenting-plan-2\/\">plan parental international<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Authorisation form Download the authorisation form here.
