Dans un cas d'enl\u00e8vement d'enfant, vous pouvez contacter le Centrum IKO n\u00e9erlandais. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'un avocat pour le faire. En cas d'urgence, il peut m\u00eame contacter la police des fronti\u00e8res pour vous.<\/p>\n<p>IKO est une organisation ind\u00e9pendante, financ\u00e9e par le gouvernement n\u00e9erlandais. Elle peut vous expliquer quelles sont les options dont vous disposez aux Pays-Bas. Elle peut vous donner des informations et vous expliquer la possibilit\u00e9 d'une m\u00e9diation transfrontali\u00e8re. La m\u00e9diation transfrontali\u00e8re est organis\u00e9e par l'IKO. <a href=\"https:\/\/kinderontvoering.org\/en\/mediation-bureau\/\">Bureau de m\u00e9diation<\/a>. N'oubliez pas que si vous faites appel \u00e0 un avocat pour entamer la proc\u00e9dure judiciaire afin de demander une d\u00e9cision de retour, le tribunal vous offrira \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de recourir \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation transfrontali\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Leur site web est disponible en n\u00e9erlandais et en anglais.
