Het Nederlandse woord is 'vriendelijk gesprek'. Dit is een kort gesprek in het gerechtsgebouw tussen het kind en een of meer rechters.<\/p>\n

Regelmatig krijgen kinderen een uitnodiging als ze 12 jaar of ouder zijn.<\/p>\n

In geval van internationale kinderontvoering,<\/a> kan de rechtbank kinderen van veel jongere leeftijd uitnodigen.<\/p>\n
