Het verzoek moet binnen zes weken door de rechter worden behandeld. Als u niet zo lang kunt wachten, kunt u een kort geding beginnen.<\/p>\n<p>Indien meerdere procedures nodig zijn tussen ouders om vervanging aan te vragen <a href=\"https:\/\/familylawyer-thehague.nl\/nl\/a-z-explained\/consent\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"\" class=\"encyclopedia\">toestemming<\/a> voor kwesties die de kinderen betreffen, rijst de vraag of het in het belang van de kinderen is om gezamenlijk gezag te hebben.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If the other parent with custody refuses to sign the application, you can ask the court for substitute consent for the application.
