In Nederland heeft een kind \u00e9\u00e9n hoofdverblijfplaats, waar het staat ingeschreven, ook al verblijft het (bijna) 50 % van de tijd op een ander adres. De kinderbijslag wordt betaald aan de ouder op wiens adres het kind staat ingeschreven. De zorgregeling bepaalt vervolgens wanneer het kind waar verblijft.<\/p>\n
De Belastingdienst geeft de ouder waar het kind is ingeschreven een heffingskorting. Als beide ouders een baan hebben, kunnen zij de belastingdienst om de combinatiekorting vragen.<\/p>\n
