Alleen zolang de rechter geen omgangsrecht heeft vastgesteld, kan de ouder met het gezamenlijk gezag de omgang weigeren.<\/p>\n<p>De ouder zonder gezag heeft ook recht op informatie over het kind. Ook hier geldt dat als de ouder met het gezag dit weigert, de rechter een regeling kan vaststellen.<\/p>\n<p>Indien de ouder met het gezag op het punt staat om samen met het kind naar een ander land te verhuizen, moet de ouder met <a href=\"https:\/\/familylawyer-thehague.nl\/nl\/a-z-explained\/rights-of-access\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"\" class=\"encyclopedia\">toegangsrechten<\/a> kan de rechtbank vragen om de verhuizing te verbieden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The parent with sole custody can make all decisions about the child independently.
