What has changed recently? And what will change in the future?<\/p>\n<p>For instance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the child has higher medical costs or school related costs<\/li>\n<li>the income of one of the parent has decreased<\/li>\n<li>a sibling was born, the cost of which must also be borne<\/li>\n<li>one of the parents enters a new marriage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During mediation we can discuss:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When was the child alimony determined (by the parents or by the court)?<\/li>\n<li>What has changed since then?<\/li>\n<li>Was that change necessary?<\/li>\n<li>Will things be stable from now on?<\/li>\n<li>What will most likely change in the (near) future?<\/li>\n<li>How does that effect the <a href=\"https:\/\/familylawyer-thehague.nl\/needs-of-the-child\/\">needs of the child<\/a>\/ the ability to pay?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The amount of child alimony also changes due to the yearley indexation.
