Het LBIO brengt u geen kosten in rekening. In plaats daarvan incasseert het deze extra kosten bij uw ex. Daarom kan dit voor u de beste manier zijn om alimentatiebeschikkingen uit te voeren.<\/p>\n<p>U kunt de hulp van de LBIO inroepen als:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de alimentatie wordt bevolen door de rechtbank<\/li>\n<li>je ex is minstens een maand achter met betalen, met een minimum van 10 euro.<\/li>\n<li>de achterstand is niet meer dan 6 maanden. Dit geldt niet wanneer de rechter minder dan 6 maanden geleden een beslissing heeft genomen waarbij alimentatie voor een periode van meer dan 6 maanden geleden is toegewezen.<\/li>\n<li>u heeft uw ex voldoende ge\u00efnformeerd over zijn verplichting tot betaling en hoe hij de alimentatie aan u moet betalen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het LBIO kan u misschien zelfs helpen bij het innen van alimentatie in andere landen.
