Helaas is het alleen in het Nederlands beschikbaar. Uw advocaat zal u door de belangrijkste onderdelen heen moeten praten en u de regels en gebruiken voor het berekenen van alimentatie in Nederland moeten uitleggen.<\/p>\n<p>Enkele van de onderwerpen in het verslag zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>wie heeft er recht op<\/li>\n<li>die verplicht is te betalen<\/li>\n<li>hoe de behoeften te berekenen<\/li>\n<li>hoe de financi\u00eble draagkracht te berekenen<\/li>\n<li>wat als er behoefte is aan zowel kinderalimentatie als spoucale alimentatie<\/li>\n<li>het model voor standaardberekeningen<\/li>\n<li>wat als de zaak niet standaard is<\/li>\n<li>Wat als de kosten van het kind niet standaard zijn?<\/li>\n<li>wat als je gewoonweg niet kan betalen<\/li>\n<li>wat als je depts te betalen hebt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Uw advocaat zal u vertellen welke informatie nodig is om een berekening te maken en welke uitzonderingen mogelijk zijn op de standaardwijze van alimentatieberekening.
