De Nederlandse rechter heeft een uitgebreide uitleg geschreven over de manier waarop het maandelijkse alimentatiebedrag wordt berekend en dit rapport wordt elk jaar bijgewerkt. Helaas is het alleen in het Nederlands beschikbaar. Uw advocaat zal u door de belangrijkste onderdelen heen moeten praten en u de regels en gebruiken voor het berekenen van alimentatie in Nederland moeten uitleggen.<\/p>\n

Uw advocaat zal u vertellen welke informatie nodig is om een berekening te maken en welke uitzonderingen mogelijk zijn op de standaardwijze van alimentatieberekening.
