Wat heb ik nodig om met ons kind naar het buitenland te reizen?<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Als u met uw kind reist, maar zonder de andere verzorgende ouder, moet u dit formulier meenemen, ondertekend door de andere ouder. Zo kunt u bewijzen dat u de toestemming van de andere ouder heeft om te reizen.<\/p>\n
Ook moet u de documenten meenemen die op het formulier worden vermeld, zoals:<\/p>\n
\n
Kopie(s) van het (de) paspoort(en) of de identiteitskaart(en) van een volwassene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
De volgende aanvullende documenten kunnen nodig zijn, afhankelijk van uw persoonlijke situatie:<\/p>\n
- Een recent uitgegeven internationaal uittreksel uit de database van persoonsgegevens (BRP) met betrekking tot
\naan de minderjarige (kan worden aangevraagd bij de gemeente).
\n- Een recentelijk afgegeven uittreksel uit het register van de ouderlijke verantwoordelijkheid (kan worden aangevraagd bij een
\nrechtbank).
\n- Ouderschapsplan.
\n- Arrest(en) van het Hof met betrekking tot bewaring en toegang.
\n- Alle adressen waar het kind verblijft (indien het op meerdere adressen verblijft).<\/p>\n
Als u geen toestemming hebt van de andere ouder die het gezag uitoefent om met het kind naar het buitenland te reizen, moet u de beslissing van de rechtbank tonen waarin de familierechter u toestemming heeft gegeven om met het kind te reizen.<\/p>\n
