In een geval van kinderontvoering kunt u contact opnemen met het Centrum IKO. U heeft hiervoor geen advocaat nodig. In geval van nood kunnen zij zelfs voor u contact opnemen met de grensbewaking.<\/p>\n<p>IKO is een onafhankelijke organisatie, gefinancierd door de regering van Duth. Zij kunnen u uitleggen welke mogelijkheden u in Nederland heeft. Zij kunnen u informatie geven en de mogelijkheid van Cross Border Mediation uitleggen. De Cross Border Mediation wordt georganiseerd door de <a href=\"https:\/\/kinderontvoering.org\/en\/mediation-bureau\/\">Bemiddelingsbureau<\/a>. Houd er rekening mee dat als u een advocaat in de arm neemt om de gerechtelijke procedure voor het aanvragen van een terugkeerbevel te starten, de rechtbank ook de mogelijkheid van grensoverschrijdende bemiddeling zal aanbieden.<\/p>\n<p>Hun website is beschikbaar in het Nederlands en het Engels. Het toont een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinderontvoering.org\/landen.html\">lijst van de landen<\/a> die een verdragsrelatie met Nederland hebben.
