Slachtofferhulp Nederland (Slachtofferhulp Nederland<\/a>) is een Nederlandse organisatie. Deze organisatie kan u helpen met emotionele ondersteuning na een ongeval of aanranding.<\/p>\n

Zij kunnen ook het Nederlandse strafproces tegen de verdachte uitleggen. En ze zullen u vertellen hoe u de verdachte binnen dat strafproces om financi\u00eble compensatie kunt vragen.<\/p>\n

Compensatie<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In sommige gevallen kan het slachtoffer geen schadevergoeding krijgen van de verdachte van de aanslag. In dat geval is er een mogelijkheid om een schadevergoeding te krijgen van af fonds: Schadefonds Geweldsmisdrijven.<\/p>\n
