Reiskosten
Met internationale carrières en internationale huwelijken, en ouders die niet in de buurt wonen, zijn de reiskosten een relevante factor om te bespreken wanneer je het hebt over bezoekregelingen.
Tijdens de bemiddeling kunnen we bespreken:
- Wat waren de reiskosten van de familie tijdens het huwelijk?
- Wat veroorzaakt de huidige reiskosten?
- Wie is/zijn in staat deze kosten te dragen?
- Is bij de vaststelling van het bedrag van de kinderalimentatie rekening gehouden met de reiskosten?
- Wat kunnen beide ouders doen om de kosten zo laag mogelijk te houden?
- Als één ouder minder kan bijdragen aan deze kosten, kan hij/zij dat dan compenseren, bijvoorbeeld door meer reistijd op zich te nemen?
Deze kosten in verband met visitatie kunnen ook worden gedekt in een (internationale) opvoedingsplan.
Langeafstandsreizen met een kind kunnen stressvol zijn. Gelukkig zijn er ouderschapswebsites die uitstekend advies geven, zoals Momondo.com.
