Child alimony
After the separation, the ability to pay for the costs of the upbringing of the children may be different for each parent.
During mediation, we can discuss:
- What is the current income of both parents?
- Does the care arrangement effect the income?
- What other financial obligations do the parents have?
- Are there any foreseeable changes in circumstances that we can take into account now?
- What changes will/will not be a reason to adjust the amount of child support?
- How will parents consult with each other in due course, to discuss changes?
- Is it wise to agree on an annual check-up?
