Familles combinées
Les familles recomposées peuvent rendre un peu plus difficile la conclusion d'un accord sur le calendrier des visites.
Pendant la médiation, nous pouvons discuter :
- quels étaient les facteurs stables dans la vie des enfants (foyer, responsable principal, résidence, colocataires, routine quotidienne, etc.)
- quelles circonstances ont changé depuis le divorce
- comment les enfants ont réagi aux changements
- quels sont actuellement les facteurs stables ?
- quelles circonstances pourraient changer dans un avenir proche ?
- faut-il tenir compte des horaires de travail/école/visites des autres ?
Lorsque les familles ne vivent pas à proximité, il peut être pertinent de discuter de la coûts de voyage en ce qui concerne le droit de visite.
Le calendrier des visites peut faire partie de l'accord (international). plan parental.
Si vous et vos enfants vivez ensemble avec votre nouveau partenaire et ses enfants, il peut être utile de prendre conseil auprès d'un(e) steph family coach.
