Assistentie bij buitenlandse procedures
Je hebt waarschijnlijk je eigen familierechtadvocaat in je eigen land. Ik kan uw advocaat adviseren en mijn kennis en ervaring delen over het Haags Verdrag.
Als je op zoek bent naar een advocaat in het land waar je kind naar toe is ontvoerd, dan kan ik voor jou een gekwalificeerde advocaat in dat land vinden die de teruggeleidingsprocedure kan starten. Niet alle familierechtadvocaten hebben ervaring met ontvoeringszaken en de meeste advocaten die wel ervaring hebben met ontvoeringszaken hebben er maar een paar per jaar. Dat is niet bevorderlijk voor een grondige bestudering van alle beschikbare bronnen.
Afhankelijk van je wensen kan ik informatie en advies geven en/of helpen bij het schrijven van de rechtbankdocumenten en het voorbereiden van de rechtszitting. Een andere optie is om mij om een second opinion te vragen over de conceptstukken van je advocaat.
