Samengestelde gezinnen
Het hebben van samengestelde gezinnen kan het iets moeilijker maken om overeenstemming te bereiken over de omgangsregeling.
Tijdens de mediation kunnen we bespreken:
- wat de stabiele factoren waren in het leven van de kinderen (thuis, hoofdverzorger, woonplaats, huisgenoten, dagelijkse routine, enz.)
- welke omstandigheden zijn veranderd sinds de scheiding
- hoe de kinderen op de veranderingen hebben gereageerd
- wat zijn momenteel de stabiele factoren?
- welke omstandigheden zouden in de nabije toekomst kunnen veranderen?
- moet er rekening worden gehouden met werk-/school-/visiteschema's van anderen?
Wanneer de gezinnen niet in de buurt wonen, kan het relevant zijn om de reiskosten met betrekking tot de visitatie.
De bezoekregeling kan deel uitmaken van de (internationale) opvoedingsplan.
Als u en uw kinderen samenwonen met uw nieuwe partner en zijn/haar kinderen, kan het de moeite waard zijn advies in te winnen bij een steph gezinscoach.
